European Foundation Statute: One Step Closer
The European Commission has proposed a European Foundation Statute, a legal instrument that, once adopted by Council and Parliament, would allow anyone to set up a European Foundation and remove costly and cumbersome legal and administrative barriers that have hampered foundation-led European initiatives.
