Wondering how your nonprofit will manage in this economic downturn? Come to this special class hosted by our Ashtabula Cooperating Collection.
This class will give you a basic overview of what you can do to survive, thrive, and succeed in sustaining your nonprofit during the current economic crisis. You will also learn how to analyze your organization’s situation and develop a fundraising plan that will include a variety of revenue sources.
You'll learn how to:
- Conduct an assets inventory.
- Develop a case statement.
- Identify fundraising partners.
- Prepare a fundraising plan and calendar.
We'll also discuss what you can do to make sure that your nonprofit is positioned to weather the current economic situation, sharing information on the impact of the economy on philanthropic giving, and how to adapt your fundraising methods and strategies in the current economy. Links and resources will be provided to help you to explore approaches that best fit with your nonprofit’s situation.
